Q1: What is the shipping cost?

Q3: How long is the warranty?
A: OTE offers a 12-month warranty on all products. All you need to do to activate and claim your warranty is email to support@otehome.com. Please read our warranty policy first.

Q1: Whether to accept OEM?
A: Orders of more than 2000 units can be OEM and can be affixed with partner's LOGO. Orders less than 2000 units but more than 500 units can be affixed with OTE and partner's LOGO at the same time.
Q2: Whether to accept small batch orders
A: Yes, the minimum order is 1 box (6 blender per box or 15 soda water maker machines per box).
Q3: Is it possible to be a local exclusive agent?
A: Yes, but there are conditions for annual sales tasks and security deposits. For more information, please contact our colleague David.hu@otehome.com.
Q4: Whether there is market support?
A: Yes, we will promote it on social media and provide promotional materials and VI authorized to partners, including product videos, product scene pictures, influencer videos and picture content.
Q5: Whether there is technical support?
